Actress Rhea Chakraborty: ‘I Trust I will get justice’

Mumbai: After the Enforcement Directorate on Friday enrolled an instance of money laundering against Rhea Chakraborty and her family members regarding the suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput, the actress published a video saying she believes, “truth will win.”
“I have massive confidence in God and the judiciary. I accept that I will get equity,” Rhea said in a video published by her legal lawyer.
She included, “Despite the fact that a great deal of shocking things are being said about me on the electronic media, I cease from remarking on the guidance of my legal counselor as the issue is sub judice. Satyameva Jayate. The Truth will win.”

On July 25, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father, K K singh filed a FIR in Patna against Rhea Chakraborty and five others, including three of her relatives, for abetment of suicide.

The FIR has been filed under IPC Sections 306 (abetment of suicide), 341 (improper restriction), 342 (unfair repression), 380 (robbery in abiding house), 406 (criminal penetrate of trust) and 420 (cheating).
Sushant Singh Rajput died on June 14. A month after his demise, Rhea Chakraborty shared a few posts recollecting her late beau. In one of her Instagram posts, she even encouraged home clergyman Amit Shah to start a CBI enquiry into Sushant’s passing, saying she needed to comprehend the conditions which provoked him to make the outrageous stride.
