Karnataka chief minister BS Yediyurappa was discharged from hospital on Monday afternoon after recovering from Covid-19 .

“After recovering from COVID-19 utterly, Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa has been discharged from the Manipal Hospital,” information company PTI quoted an official assertion from the state authorities.

Thanking everybody for his or her needs and prayers quickly after being discharged, the chief minister mentioned he’ll proceed to be in self-quarantine.

“Thanks everybody in your needs and prayers. I’ve been discharged from the hospital and will probably be in self-quarantine. Deeply grateful in your affection and help. I sit up for getting again to the routine very quickly,” he mentioned in a tweet.

Yediyurappa had examined constructive for the coronavirus illness on August 2 and had been hospitalised in Bengaluru’s Manipal Hospitals since then for therapy.

Tweeting about testing constructive, he had requested all those that had are available in contact with him to go in self- quarantine. A day later, the CM’s elder daughter, BY Padmavati too had examined constructive for the infectious illness.
