The six opposition-ruled states which have approached the highest courtroom are West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Punjab and Rajasthan.

The courtroom had dismissed one other petition to postpone these exams on August 17. An important 12 months of scholars “can’t be wasted” and “life has to go on”, Supreme Court docket had stated in its earlier judgement.
